Investor Assessment Service

This is typically a 2 day exercise conducted by one individual from our technology team. The key deliverable is a Technology Assessment document that usually spans 3-5 pages. The process involves the following activities:

Meetings with key executives
Product Demonstration (if appropriate)
Research, Analysis and Authoring of the Report

We rely on the full support and co-operation of investor and management team in order to successfully carry out our work.

Assessment Methodology

The methodology has six major phases.

The approach relies heavily on face-to-face meetings with employees of the company and other key stakeholders.
It is iterative as the study tends to suggest areas for deeper investigation.
It relies on all parties being aware of the benefits of the assessment as openness is required for positive feedback.
