We are on a case-by-case basis available to provide ongoing support assessment and advice to our clients or their businesses to facilitate the implementation of strategic objectives set out as a result of our earlier work.

Executive Support

Our consultants can provide additional resource to plan and oversee implementation projects, organisational changes, testing, deployment and project and programme management. We would typically assist the CEO or CTO directly in these activities on an interim basis. In addition, we can act in a monitoring capacity e.g. for the board or investors.

Investor Support

The team can further support Investors by helping to implement the strategic options chosen for going forward including:

• Taking up extended advisory roles
• Providing hands on operational management
• Project managing the business turnaround/transformation
• Restructuring the business
• Implementing triage within the organisation
• Assisting with corporate finance transactions, trade sale, merger, or additional capital raising through our relationships with appropriately authorised organisations.
